How are the monthly fees worked out?

We offer classes throughout the year, so the fees are based on the number of weeks we are open and are divided into 12 equal payments.

It allows us to close for up to four weeks during the year, including two weeks over Christmas, one week over Easter, and one week in August. These dates will not be charged to members. To find out when we will be closed, please refer to our calendar.

We are going on holiday can we have a credit / refund on fees?

Sadly, no. Fees are payable in advance for the entire month, not per class. It is not possible to refund them once they have been paid. Despite your absence, the session is still being conducted and your fees must still be paid.

Please email hello@kingsbridgegymclub.co.uk to inform the coaches of your absence.

We are unable to attend our lesson this week, can we switch to another day as a one off?

Unfortunately, classes are non-transferrable.

Can I start mid-way through a month?

Yes, depending on availability.

Are you open during the school holidays?

Yes, we are open for the majority of the school holidays. The club is closed for 4 weeks in the year, such as during Easter, Summer and over Christmas. Please see calendar for closure dates.

Please wear sensible clothing, leotards, or full leotard, long or short sleeved, leggings, full length vest tops or dance shorts.

Members should not wear loose clothing,  skirts, skorts, crop tops or tops with sharp prints on. Hair must be tied back securely, no jewellery is allowed.

British Gymnastics membership starts in September. Please visit british-gymnastics.org/gymnasts/gymnast-membership/fees for more details on fees & payments.

Members can only start attending classes when their British Gymnastics membership/insurance has been paid in full. If a Member has not paid their membership, they will not be able to participate in a class.

All participants on a trial visit are covered by the club’s insurance.
