Kingsbridge Gym Club Covid-19 Procedures
As of 1 April, we’re in the government’s ‘Living with respiratory infections, including Covid-19’ phase of their response to the coronavirus pandemic.
This means there are now no coronavirus-related legal restrictions in place.
All forms of activity can take place with no coronavirus-related restrictions on how many people can participate, and all sports facilities can open.
Our priority is keeping our members and staff safe. We have been working hard to ensure our risk assessments are up to date, and we still have enhanced cleaning regimes in place.
Our enhanced our cleaning practices:
-
Equipment will be sanitised before and after each class
-
Equipment will be wiped down after each use
-
Regular cleaning of touch points around the gym
-
Hand sanitiser stations will be set up around the gym.
-
Staff will carry their own hand sanitiser.
-
The toilets and handwashing sinks will be cleaned between each class
-
All vinyl mats will be cleaned with liquid disinfectant during and between each class.
We ask that any child / member displaying symptoms of illness does not attend a class. Please help us protect the health of other members and staff. We have the right to send any child suspected of illness home. If you fall ill with suspected Corona virus symptoms after attending a class, then it is very important that you let us know.
The club follows the British Gymnastics Covid Step forward plan
